1. About these terms
These terms govern purchases from OH Mobile Tech, operated by O Degree Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202531385W). By placing an order you accept them.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe every device as accurately as we can, including its condition grade. Product photographs are representative; the exact unit you receive will match the stated model, storage, colour and grade, but minor cosmetic variation is normal on pre-owned stock.
3. Pricing
Prices are in Singapore dollars and inclusive of applicable GST where shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay. If a listing carries an obvious pricing error we will contact you before processing rather than silently cancelling.
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm stock and accept your order. If an item sells out between your order and our confirmation we will offer an alternative or refund you in full.
5. Payment
We accept PayNow, cards, GrabPay, PayLater and Atome instalments. Instalment plans are agreements between you and the provider; their terms and any late fees apply in addition to ours. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
6. Delivery
Delivery timings are estimates, not guarantees. See shipping & delivery for full details, coverage and charges.
7. Warranty and returns
Warranty coverage and the exchange window are set out in our return & warranty policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Trade-ins
Online trade-in figures are indicative and subject to inspection. You must be the legal owner of the device and it must be free of activation locks. We may decline any device, including where we suspect it is stolen.
9. Repairs
Repairs carry a 90-day workmanship guarantee. Please back up your data first — we are not liable for data loss during a repair. Devices left uncollected for 90 days after completion may be disposed of to recover costs.
10. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by Singapore law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
