Buying
Every unit is diagnostic-tested before listing: battery health, display, cameras, speakers, ports and connectivity. Anything that fails is either repaired with quality parts or not sold at all.
Mint looks new under normal light. Pristine has very light marks visible at an angle. Satisfactory shows clear signs of use but works perfectly. The grade is always stated on the listing.
No. Everything we sell is factory unlocked and works with any Singapore or overseas carrier.
Pre-owned devices ship with a compatible charging cable. Original retail boxes and power adapters are included only where stated.
Payment & instalments
PayNow, credit or debit card, GrabPay, PayLater by Grab, Atome instalments, and cash on delivery for orders under $1,500.
Atome splits the total into three equal payments at 0% interest — the first at checkout, then two monthly. Approval is handled by Atome.
No. The listed price is the price at checkout, plus delivery if you choose express.
Delivery & collection
Standard courier is 2–3 working days and free. Same-day express is available for orders confirmed before 4pm, Monday to Saturday.
Yes — 28 Race Course Ln, Unit #01-01A. Orders are usually ready within an hour, and we are open daily 10am to 10pm.

Trade-in & repair

Most screen replacements are done in 45 to 90 minutes while you wait.
Warranty
Three months of hardware coverage. Brand new sealed devices carry the standard 12-month manufacturer warranty.
Bring it back within 7 days and we will exchange it for the same model in equivalent condition once the fault is confirmed.
