Return, exchange & warranty
Plain terms, written so you can actually tell what is covered before you buy.
7-day exchange on faults
If a device develops a hardware fault within 7 days of purchase, bring it back with the original accessories and packaging. We will test it and, where the fault is confirmed, exchange it for the same model in equivalent condition. Where no equivalent unit is available we will offer an alternative or a refund.
What the warranty covers
- Battery failure or capacity that drops sharply below the stated health
- Display faults such as dead pixels, touch failure or backlight issues
- Charging port, speaker, microphone and camera failures
- Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and cellular connectivity faults
- Button and haptics failures not caused by impact
What it does not cover
- Accidental damage, drops, crushing or bending
- Liquid damage, including corrosion found on inspection
- Damage from third-party repairs or non-genuine parts fitted elsewhere
- Cosmetic wear that was disclosed at the point of sale
- Software issues caused by jailbreaking, rooting or unofficial firmware
- Consumables such as cables and cases beyond their own warranty
Change of mind
Because devices are individually tested and prepared, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. If you are unsure which model suits you, come to the shop and try them — we would rather spend ten minutes helping you choose than process a return.
How to make a claim
- Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form with your order number.
- Describe the fault and, if possible, send a short video showing it.
- Bring the device to the shop, or arrange a courier collection with us.
- We diagnose within 1–3 working days and repair, replace or refund accordingly.
Before you return anything
Back up your data and sign out of iCloud, Find My or your Google account. We cannot service a device that is still locked to an account, and we are not able to recover data lost during a repair.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or the Sale of Goods Act in Singapore.
